What is your returns/exchange policy?

I accept returns or exchanges in the case of faulty or damaged products.

If an order arrives damaged, or is faulty in any way, please contact withing 14 days of delivery. Please explain the issue and attach clear photos.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on commissions.

I do not accept returns or exchanges on tickets. However, if you wish to resell your ticket please contact me.

Is Covid affecting your shop?

Unfortunately yes! UK deliveries are delayed by up to 3 days.

Who owns the copyright when someone buys your artwork?

I maintain copyright of all artworks prints and commission unless someone requests to buy the copyright.

Do you ship to my country?

I might do! To see your shipping rates, go to the checkout and input your address. If your country isn’t there then please contact and I will update my system for you.

Why won’t my items ship together?

I sell a range of items, and some items damage each other when sent in the same box. To avoid this, I send them in separate boxes. For example, prints and earrings arrive in separate boxes. All parcels will be dispatched at the same time but may not arrive together.

Can I send straight to a loved one?

Yes! Please give their full name and address at checkout. Feel free to add a note too!

Do you consider sustainability?

Yes! However, I am limited on what I can use at the moment due to being such a small business. Eco packaging isn’t cheap! However, please know I am doing what I can and that I am constantly looking for better alternatives. 

I am trying to replace plastic where I can and reduce waste. For example, with my mini print subscription I have started to use smaller envelopes and used paper packaging instead of single use plastic.

If you ever have any affordable suggestion, please let me know!

Are you able to donate a product to our raffle/charity/good cause?

I love to support what I can. However, as a small shop this can be difficult. Please contact and I will see what I can do. I am more likely to offer support if postage is covered. 

Do you offer discounts?

I love to support what I can. However, as a small shop this isn't an option at the moment.

If this happens please contact me ASAP, before the item is dispatched. I can’t refund you for your order if it gets lost.
